Billy D. Keller Sept. 6, 1933-Sept. 13, 2001
Billy D. Keller, 68, Auburn, Calif., died 11:55 a.m. Thursday in West Central Community Hospital, Clinton. Mr. Keller was a retired operating engineer. He served in Korea. He was born Sept. 6, 1933, at Waynetown, to Roscoe and Faye Hallett Keller. He married Joan Ewing on Dec. 10, 1955, at Reno, Nev. She survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Lorrie Fisher, California; a son, Steven, California; a sister, Mildred Ruth Carpenter, Bloomingdale; two brothers, Paul Thomas Wayne, Wallace, and Paul Keith “Mike”, Hillsboro; and one grandchild. Two brothers, Norman Leon and Harold Densil Keller, are deceased. Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Wallace Lutheran Cemetery, with the Rev. Rodney Coffman officiating. Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Monday in Machledt & Servies Funeral Home, Waveland. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society or for leukemia research.
