VEEDERSBURG — Mrs. Alpha Helms Keller, 72, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died there at 7 p.m. Thursday. She was a member of Prairie Creek Baptist Church at Veedersburg. Born May 22, 1904, in Fountain County, she was a daughter of Vernon and Anna Isley Helms. She married Leslie Keller on Dec. 19, 1923. He is deceased. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Virginia) Axsom of Rt. 1, Waynetown, Mrs. Richard (Louise) Williams of St. Petersburg and Mrs. Thomas (Myeerah) Rusk of Lake Park, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Cecil (Omega) Pearson of Veedersburg; a niece, Mrs. Rusty (Penny) Krout of Veedersburg; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Parham Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Hybarger officiating. Burial will be in Bonebrake Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.--waw
