Keeney - Amelia

Linden, April 28 – Mrs. Amelia S. Keeney, wife of the late Dr. William Keeney, died at the Methodist Home at Warren at 7 o’clock Monday morning. She was 83 years old. The deceased had been for a long time a resident, with her husband at Linden. She was a nurse for several years at Crawfordsville. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Juliet Smith of Jackson, Mich, and Mrs. Amanda Tomlinson of here and several nephews. The body will be brought to Linden over the Cloverleaf railroad and is to arrive Wednesday morning. It will be taken to the Methodist Church where at 10 o’clock the Rev. CM McClure will conduct services. Burial will be at Linden. - kbz
