- Cumberland, Ind - Mrs. Helen E. Keeling, 58 of Cumberland died Friday morning at the Hancock County Hospital. Mrs. Keeling was past matron of the Waynetown OES, a member of the Cumberland OES, the Dandy-Lions Club in Cumberland, the Xi Iota Xi sorority in Waynetown and the First Presbyterian Church in Crawfordsville. She was born April 11, 1908 in Ireland, Ind, a daughter of Joseph and Mary Norman Gleason. Survivors include her husband, Russell; two sons, James R. of Indianapolis, and Charles J. a daughter, Mrs. Donnal Peckenpaugh of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Hinshaw and Mrs. Mary Greene both of Indianapolis and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Louise Keeling of Kingman. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hendrix Mortuary Cumberland Chapel. Burial in Washington Park East in Indianapolis. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday. -- kbz
