Robert Jones died last evening at 6 o’clock at the age of 74 years, the cause of his death being paralysis and nervous prostration. The funeral will be held at the home tomorrow morning at 9:30 o’clock, conducted by Rev. E. B. Thomson; interment at Oak Hill. Mr. Jones has been married three times, and had seven children. A wife and three children survive him. Mr. Jones came to this county in 1854. - kz

The funeral of Robert Jones was held this morning at his late residence. Rev. E. B. Thomson conducted the services and interment was made at Oak Hill. - kz

Mr. Jones settled in this county in 1854 and through his efforts, as well as the other pioneers, is due the growth and welfare of our beautiful city. The deceased leaves s wife and 3 children. The funeral will be conducted from the residence this morning at 9:30 o’clock by Rev. EB Thomson. Interment at Oak Hill. -s
