The little babe of Theodore Johnson died at their home two and one half miles east of Mace last Tuesday morning at 1 o’clock. The funeral was preached at the Mace Christian Church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. -s

Harry J. Johnson was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Johnson of Mace. He was born Oct. 31, 1895 and died Sept. 21, 1897, aged one year, ten months and twenty days. Little Harry was a bud too tender for the rude tempest here below and was called above to bloom with the angels on the other shore. His sweet, clear voice is still in death. His bright blue eyes are closed to open no more. He has gone to that beautiful home to live with the angels, where sickness and sorrow is unknown and where winter never comes. The parents have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement. -s
