Capt. J. A. Johnson, son of B. F. Johnson of this city died at the National Sanitarium at Marion, Ind at 2:40 o'clock Sunday morning according to word received here. R. J. Johnson of Logansport, brother of the deceased took charge of the body and took it to Logansport where it will be prepared for burial. The remains will be brought to this city on Tuesday morning for burial. Funeral services will be held from the home of B. F. Johnson Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. D. Heltmeyer pastor of the Baptist Church in charge. Friends are requested to please omit flowers. -- kbz
