Rev. Silas Jessup, of the class of ’38, the “oldest living alumnus,” it has been ascertained, died seven years ago in Rockton, Ill. From some cause other, his death was not learned and catalogues and invitations to the alumni banquets have been sent to his late address ever since his demise.
