Albert Clinton James, 69, died Thursday Nov 12, 1964 at 2:40 p.m. at Veterans Hospital, Indianapolis. He had been seriously ill 4 weeks. He was born Oct 15, 1895, in Oakland, ill to Loyal and Delilah McKee James. He was married to Gladys Watson May 1, 1920 in Danville, Ind. He was a member of the Southside 7 Day Adventists Church, Indianapolis. Mr. James was a resident of Waveland 24 years. and a veteran of WWI. He is survived by his wife, two sons, Quinton James and Raymond James; two sisters, Miss Lois James and Mrs. Mamie Shepard a brother, Alton James and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Alberta and two sisters. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Freedom Baptist Church north of Waveland. Rev. Lowell Mitchel officiated. burial in Floral Park Cemetery in Indianpaolis. G raveside rites were conducted by Chaplain Walter Ferguson at 3:30 p.m. - kbz
