Berry Jackson, 79, of 1102 E. Main died Thursday morning in Ben Hur Nursing Home. He was a retired employee of the Aluminum Plant at Lafayette. He was born July 30, 1894 at Tompkinsville, Ky, a son of John and Eliza Jackson. He was married to Lockie Ann Brady, who preceded him in death. Survivors include 3 sons, Rex of Crawfordsville, Charles of Lafayette and Justice of Van Nuys, [Los Angeles County] Cal; a daughter, Olive Hostettler of Indianapolis; a brother, Hansel of Tompkinsville; and 3 sisters, Opal Brown and Dollie Bowles, both of Indianapolis and Pearl Smith of Tompkinsville. Serv. will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today. - kbz
