Ladoga, Sept 4 -- Word was received here this week of the accidental death of Noel JENKINS, son of Mr. and Mrs. WK Jenkins of Irvington, Ala which occurred Tuesday Aug 25 at Bentwood, Long Island. The young man is a nephew of Mrs. Lou Widdop, Mrs. Bertha Brewer and Mrs. Jesse Gray of this place. The Jenkins family formerly were residents of Ladoga, moving from here about 23 years ago.

Miss Ermine Skinner of 345 West 47th Street, Manhattan and Noel S. Jenkins of New Orleans, LA were united in marriage by the Rev. GR Israel at the parsonage of the Ridgewood Reformed Dutch Church.
Valley Stream, LI Aug 25 - Shocked by 1,000 volts of electricity from a high tension wire he was repairing, Noel Jenkins of Morris Park, lineman for the Long Island Railroad was thrown from a signal tower today. He landed on a shed about 50' below. He was taken to the Nassau Hospital in Mineola in a critical condition. Jenkins ascended the tower to repair a broken insulator. He had been working for about 15 minutes when the insulator snapped and he received the full charge of the line.

Noel Jenkins, 28, of Morris Park, Queens, was badly injured yesterday when he came into contact with electric current while changing a broken insulator on the bridging of the breaker house near the Valley Stream Railroad station, Nassau. He was badly burned and fell, injuring his head severely. He was removed to the Nassau Hospital at Mineola, Nassau.

Mineola, LI Aug 26 – Noel Jenkins of No 140 120th Street, Richmond Hill, Queens died at the Nassau Hospital here last night of burn received yesterday when he came in contact with a electric wire on Rockaway Avenue, Valley Stream, Long Island. Jenkins, a lineman was at work on a power line tower when the wire came in contact with his body.
