Mrs. Clara Elizabeth ISAACS 84 died Sunday morning July 3 around 9:30 in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ida Douglas in New Market. Mrs. Isaacs was born July 19, 1860 near Jonesboro, Tenn the daughter of Luther and Cynthia Ann Henley. She was married to John Isaacs Nov 1, 1893. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Mrs. Isaacs was preceded in death by her husband and a child who died in infancy. Surviving are two sons, William of Waveland; Roy of Glen Ridge, NJ; 3 daughters, Lizzie Teague of Bloomingdale; Viola Boyd of New Market and Ida Douglas also near New Market. Mrs. Isaacs is also survived by one sister, Ida Robinson of Bellevidere, Illinois. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. HH Elmore at the home of Donald Douglas in New Market on Tuesday afternoon. Burial was made in the Waveland cemetery. - kbz
