Waynetown Sept 5 - Hurley V. Ingersoll, son of James K and Sallie A. Little Ingersoll died yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home two miles south of here, after an illness of several months of tuberculosis. His health has been failing for several years and a trip was made to Albuquerque, NM in the hope that the change of climate would benefit him but he came home last spring little improved. Hurley Ingersoll was born April 18, 1879 being 40 years of age. He was married to Gladys Ammerman of Alamo and until disease undermined his health he was a prosperous farmer and a man well liked and respected in his community. He is survived by his wife, one daughter four years old, father, mother and brother Ellis. He was a member of the Christian Church and Odd Fellows Lodge.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Christian Church in Waynetown conducted by Rev. WD Headrick of Indianapolis with interment at the Masonic Cemetery. THe ritualistic work of the Odd Fellows Lodge will be given at the cemetery.
