Harold Ingersoll - Crawfordsville - Harold Ingersoll, 853 of 106 E. Chestnut St died at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Williamsburg Healthcare Center. Mr. Ingersoll was employed at the Montgomery County Farm Bureau from 1949-until retiring in 1979. He was born Oct 19, 1903 near Waynetown. He married Myrtle Weaver on Dec 7, 1934. She died Sept 17, 1988. Mr. Ingersoll was a member of Alamo Christian Church and Montgomery County Farm Bureau. Surviving are one brother, Chester Ingersoll of Waynetown and two sisters, Mrs. Russell (Lulu) Miles of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Donald (Elsie) Moore of Waynetown.

Harold Ingersoll, 85 of 106 E Chestnut St, died at 12:30 p.m. Friday in Williamsburg Healthcare. Mr. Ingersoll farmed in the Veedersburg and North Salem areas until 1949. He then worked for Montgomery County Co-Op until he retired in 1979. He was a a member of Alamo Christian Church and Montgomery County Farm Bureau. He attended rural Ripley Township schools. He as born Oct 19, 1903 southwest of Waynetown to Edwin and Nora Herron Ingersoll. He married Myrtle Weaver on Dec 7, 1934 at Louisville, Ky. She died Sept 17, 1988. Surviving are a brother, Chester of Waynetown; two sisters Mrs. Russell (Lulu) Miles of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Donald (Elsie) Moore of Waynetown and several nieces and nephews. A brother and four sisters are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Glen Brigman officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. - kbz
