Ingersol - Joseph - CW - KIA

We regret to learn that Joseph Ingersol, son of Stephen Ingersol of this place, was killed at the battle of Inka, Mississippi, which occurred on the 19th of September. He was connected with the 11th Ohio Battery.
Note: Corinth National Cemetery, Mission had JH Ingersoll who died Sept 19, 1862 and Joseph Ingersoll died Sept. 19, 1862 is in Miami Cemetery, Ohio. Both have markers – which is he ? – thanks Kim H
