Imel - Eva
Source: Weekly Argus News 4 Aug 1894 p 4
Miss Eva Imel died July 29, 1894 at her home one and one-half miles east of Whitesville. She had been a sufferer from paralysis for over eight years although the immediate cause of her death was pneumonia. She survived her sister, Clara, only a few days. Many are the tears that fall in sympathy for this afflicted family who have thus met their second bereavement. Dear Eva, we know thou hast left us among the unknown to dwell, But we lean on the strong arm of Jesus And list to the words, “all is well. They spirit, so long in bondage, hath broken its fetters in twain, and far in that beautiful city, we feel we shall meet thee again … Annie Imel Nickell.”
