Mrs. RL Moore received word this week of the death of Mrs. Vina Hynds, at the home of her son, in Martin, Tennessee. Mrs. Hynds was 70 years old, and lived here during her early maidenhood and was a student in the Waveland Academy. She was the daughter of Christopher Clark, who lived and carried on the trade of tailor in a house that stood where the Upton shop is now located. Mrs. Hynds left Waveland 49 years ago. She has 4 living sons and two that are dead, on dying last winter. - kbz
