Meachum HURST, who lived with his son, east of Ladoga, died Thursday night. He was 69 years old. His wife and two brothers preceded him in death this last year.

Several days ago, Mrs. Meakin Hurt of near New Ross, was terribly burned while working about a fire in her door yard, her clothes being ignited from the flames. She lingered until death relieved her last Thursday at the family home on Simpson Street.

"New Ross" Mrs. Meakin Hurt who was fatally burned some days ago died Friday. Interment Saturday in Old Union Cemetery in Boone County.
