Mrs. Jessie Marie Hunt died at 7 a.m. Saturday morning at her home at 606 Tuttle Ave. Mrs. Hunt, 66, had been in failing health for several months. She was the wife of Hobart Hunt, an employe of Ready-Mix Concrete Co. A daughter of John and Florence Weikel Harwood, she was born on Christmas Day, 1900. She was married to Mr. Hunt 18 years later, also on Christmas Day. Mrs. Hunt was a member of the Milligan Memorial Presbyterian Church. Surviving, besides the husband, are four brothers, Thomas Harwood of Des Moines, Iowa, Richard of Pennsylvania and Russell and Robert, both of Crawfordsville; a sister, Rose Kelly of South Bend, and an aunt, Sadie Morrison of Crawfordsville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Charlotte HoTopp officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Marie Hunt were held Tuesday afternoon at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Charlotte HoTopp and Rev. O. K. Malone officiating. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers and assisting with the floral tributes were Bill Morrison, Richard Davidson, Ralph Clarkson, Herman Sayler, Laird Glover and John Sayler. Selections were played on the organ by Iva Reynolds. – jlr
