Hulvey, Bert, beloved husband of Rosa Hulvey and father of Clarence K and Clella Hulvey and Mrs. Oda Morgan and brother of Florin and Charles Hulvey of Darlington Ind, departed this life Sunday Dec 1 age 51 years. Funeral Wednesday Dec 4 at East Christian Church, Darlington, Ind 10 a.m. Burial Greenlawn cemetery. Friends may call at residence, 228 N Senate Aven, until Tuesday 10 p.m. Funeral under direction of Moore & Kirk. - kbz

Darlington – Bert Hulvey, 51, former local resident, died Sunday night at his home in Indianapolis. He had been a street railway conductor. Hulvey was born in Sugar Creek township. The widow and three children survive. Funeral services will be held here in the East Christian Church Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock with Rev. McDaniel in charge; burial in Greenlawn cemetery.
