Elizabeth Hultz, 86, a life resident of Montgomery County, died in Culver Hospital Monday afternoon (June 7, 1971). She had been in failing health the past two years. Mrs. Hultz attended school at Old Hebron in Putnam County and was a member of the First Christian Church. Born Aug. 6, 1884, she was a daughter of Melvin and Mary Alice Schrader McGaughy. On Dec. 29, 1904, she married George Oliver Hultz in Crawfordsville. He preceded her in death June 3, 1960. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Mary Martin of Crawfordsville; one brother, Ray McGaughy of Sebring, FL; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lesty and Bert McGaughy. Services for Mrs. Hultz will be at the Bright & Burklhart Funeral Home Thursday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. -- tch
