Darlington, Indiana -- John R. Hulet died at his home on So. Meridian St, Saturday morning, aged 74 years. Mr. Hulet was an old and highly respected citizen of this township, having lived on his farm east of town for many years. He moved to town some two years ago. While it was a relief to know he had gone, his death was a sad one. For years he suffered with cancer and at times his sufferings were intense. Some years ago his wife after a hard spell of sickness lost her mind, and today is in the hospital for the insane at Indianapolis. This makes his death doubly sad. His funeral took place Monday, Rev. JS Crowder officiating.
