HILLSBORO —Mrs. Mary R. Huff, 75, a resident of Fountain County for the greater part of her life, died at 1 a.m. Friday at the home of a son, Russell Huff, in Danville, Ill. The daughter of George W. and Hannah A. Bryant Hyatt, Mrs. Huff was born July 11, 1878. She was married to Fred Huff, who preceded her in death. Surviving, in addition to the son at whose home she died, are a brother, John Hyatt of Hillsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Lawson of Mellott, Mrs. Alma Cooper of Greencastle and Mrs. Bertha Hall of near Attica, and one grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Congregational Christian church at Mellott in charge of the Rev. Mitchell Seidler, pastor of the First Baptist Church at Danville. Burial will be Rosehill Cemetery at Hillsboro. Friends may pay their respects at the son's home at 612 N. Kimball St., Danville, until noon Sunday. --typed by Walt W
