Hudson - Lida Pearl

Mrs. Lida Pearl Hudson, 76, of 600 S. Grant Ave., died at 11:35 p.m. Saturday at the Rest Haven Home. She was born Dec. 8, 1889, in Crawfordsville to Allen and Margaret Earl Stephens. She was married to Charles Hudson on June 14, 1933. Survivors include two step-daughters, Mrs. Hazel DeDumas of Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Evelyn Melvin of Crawfordsville; a step-son, Lawrence Hudson of Whittier, Calif.; two brothers, Earl of Waynetown and Ray of Indianapolis; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Rev. John Servies will officiate. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Monday. – jlr
