Mrs. Eva E. McKinsey Hudson, 62, longtime Linden resident, died at Home Hospital in Lafayette early Friday morning (Oct. 13, 1967). She had been a patient there for three weeks. Mrs. Hudson taught school in Linden and in Jackson Township for many years. She retired in 1965. Since June she had made her home with a longtime friend Mrs. Ruth Brown in Lafayette. Immediately prior to that she had lived in Frankfort, moving there from Linden. Mrs. Hudson was born April 19, 1905 at Frankfort, the daughter of Walter C and Carrie E. Holt McKinsey. She was reared in Linden and graduated from Linden High School. She attended an Indianapolis teacher's college. She married Raymond Hudson in 1944. He preceded his wife in death in 1959. Mrs. Hudson was a member of the Linden Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star No. 244 at Linden. There are no immediate survivors. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Helms Funeral Chapel in Linden. Rev. Dale Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the Linden Cemetery. --tch
