NEW RICHMOND — Charley A. Hudson, 81, was found dead about 7 p.m. Wednesday at his home here, where he lived alone. It was believed he had been fatally stricken two or three days previously. A native and resident most of his life of Montgomery County, he was a son of John D. and Mary E. Kester Hudson and was born Aug. 26, 1884. Survivors are nephews, nieces and grand-nephews and grandnieces. Mr. Hudson was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Helms' Funeral Home at Linden. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
