George Hubbard died at Frankfort last Saturday at the home of his daughter. He was buried at Darlington on Sunday a large concourse of friends attending. George Hubbard was born in Virginia in 1803 and removed to the south part of this state when a boy where he resided until 1860 when he moved to Darlington. There he has since resided except at times when he would visit his children. He was a stalwart Republican, a good citizen and an honest man. - kbz
