Hutchinson - Dudley

Waynetown June 9 - Dudley O. Hutchinson, 30, a well
known young farmer of near here, died at 4:30 o'clock Friday afternoon
following an operation last Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospital at
Lafayette. He was ill but one week. Last Sunday he suffered a severe
attack of appendicitis and was rushed to the hospital. It was thought
that he might recover but several days ago his condition became grave
and little hope was entertained for recovery. Mr. Hutchinson was born
July 21, 1893 the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Emma Hutchinson. He
was a highly respected citizen of the community having lived in the
vicinity most of his life. Sept 21, 1912, he was united in marriage with
Miss Arminta Wills. Two children were born to the union. He is survived
by his widow and two children, Fay, six years old and Matt, one year
old. Also his parents and a sister, Mrs. Wanda Smith, who lives near
Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be at 2:30 o'clock Sunday
afternoon at the home north of Waynetown. The services will be in charge
of the Rev. Airhart of Crawfordsville. The burial will be at Waynetown
Cemetery.
