Hurt - Albert

Albert Hurt, age 86, died at Culver hospital Thursday, June 4,
at 9 p.m. resulting from injuries from a fall received Wednesday.
Mr. Hurt was born in Russell Co, Va, Sept 18, 1856 the son of
Mekin and Priscilla Hurt. Mr. Hurt was married to Rozilla Pessley
(Presley?) Thomson. Mary 20, 1896 at Ladoga. He was a member of
the Presbyterian Church at Ladoga, where he made his home with
his dau, Mrs. Fern Ashley. Surviving, beside Mrs. Ashley are one
grandson, Robert Ashley of Indianapolis, two granddau, Betty and
Alberta Ashley who live at Ladgoa and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Hurt will be held at the Gottschall fun.
home in Ladoga at 2 pm. Sunday with the Rev. AH Lawrence of the
Ladoga Methodist Church officiating. Bur. will be made at the
Ladoga Cemetery friends & neighbors may call at the funeral
home any time Sat. and Sun. to pay their respects. - kbz
