Alva Rodell HUNSICKER died at his home last Thursday
afternoon. He had been ill since retiring from his farm 3 years
ago but had taken to his bed nearly 3 months ago. He was born Dec
24, 1877 in Poland, Indiana the son of Eli and Minnie Hollenburg
Hunsicker. He was united in marriage to Minnie e. ASHER Nov 3,
1901. There survive the widow; 3 daughters, Mrs. Verna Bullerdick
of Waveland; Mrs. Daisy Payne of Near Crawfordsville and Mrs.
Ruth Burnsides of near New Market; two sons, Russell D. of near
Linden and Phillip W. of near Waveland, a sister, Nellie
Sendmeyer of Cloverdale, 15 grandchildren and two great
grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church
2:00 o'clock on Sunday afternoon in charge of Noble Reeves with
Rev. Carl Harbour officiating minister. Burial in Russellville
