Walter Hummelbauer committed suicide at his office in the Baker's Supply Company in Terre Haute on Friday by turning on the gas. He is survived by his wife and one son, George. Mrs. Hummelbauer was Miss May Demaree daughter of David Demaree and formerly lived on the place west of town now owned by Homer Robinson. -- kbz
