Englewood, Fla – Word has been received here of the death of Madge Howell, 84, of Englewood, Fla, formerly of Crawfordsville. She died Friday in her home. She was born Dec 29, 1905 to Walter and Lenna Coffel. On March 6, 1926, she married Belmont D> Howell, who is deceased. Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Tom (Shirley) Thompson and Mrs. Ron (Jane) Threlkeld, both of Darlington; a son-in-law, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her daughter, twin sister, Blanche Taggart and several brothers and sisters are deceased Services and burial will be at Gulf Breeze, Fla. - kz
