Dayton- Mrs. Thelma Howard, 56, of Dayton, died in Logansport State Hospital at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. She was the widow of Samuel Howard. Born near New Richmond, she was married in 1932. Her husband died in 1938. She was a member of Dayton Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Vivian Howard of Logansport and Mrs. Geneva Thompson of Evansville, Wis.; her mother, Mrs. James F. Bible of Dayton, and a sister, Mrs. William Mitchell of Dayton.
