Dr. Fred Hoffa, Indianapolis dentist was found dead in his office on Washington Street Wednesday evening by his wife, Kathleen Brown Hoffa, orginally from Veedersburg. Dr. Hoffa was seen about his office around 2 in the afternoon. Wednesday was normally his day off from office duties He had died of a heart attack. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and an officer in WWII. Surivving is the wife and no children. Funeral services in Indianapolis
