Memorial services were conducted Saturday for Dr. W. G. HILSHEIMER 77 of Kingman who died in his home at 7:25 a.m. that day, Kenneth Majors officiated. Woodrow Funeral Home of Kingman was in charge of arrangements. The body will be cremated. He was a graduate of Ohio State University in the school of veterinary science. He first practiced at a small animal hospital in Charleston W VA and later at Columbia City Indiana before moving to Kingman in 1941. He practiced there for 49 years. He was an honorary Gold Card member of the National and Indiana DVM Society. Dr. Hilsheimer was born June 12, 1913 at Chillicothe, Ohio to Charles and Elizabeth Ginther Hilsheimer. He married Ival Foster on November 24, 1939; she survives. Also surviving are a son, Greogory; a daughter Mrs. Michael Smith and a brother, Howard. A sister and two brothers are deceased. Memorials may be made tot he Heart Fund or Diabetes Association.
