Ernest B. Hill, 84, Rockville, died 5:25 a.m. Thursday in Vermillion Convalescent Center, Clinton. Mr. Hill retired from Parke County REMC after working 31 years as a lineman. Following his retirement, he was employed at Dale Warnick Chevrolet dealership, Rockville, as a driver. His memberships included Rockville FIrst Assembly Evangelistic Center. He served five years active duty during World War II with the Army Air Corps., enlisting in 1941. He was born June 6, 1920, at Addington, Okla., to Joseph Orbra and Beulah Elizabeth Forman Hill. He married Margaret Sneath June 7, 1945, at Dayton, Ohio. She survives. survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jerry Wayne, Rockville, and Billy Gene, Noblesville; one brother, Buford O., Hot Springs, Ark.; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaugher. Three brothers, Orville O., Chester and Billy Joe, are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Monday in Rockville First Assembly Evangelistic Center, West Indiana 36, Rockville, with the Rev. Jerry Bates officiating. Burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery, Rockville. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Sunday in the church. Barnes Mortuary, Rockville, is in charge of arrangements.
