Hillsboro - Edward Hershberger, 87, custodian of Hillsboro School 21 years, died Monday morning in Allen Nursing Home, Attica. A native of of Fountain County, Mr. Hershberger was born June 6, 1873, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Hershbarger. He married Minnie Cronk in 1900, who preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by an infant son. In 1925 he married Della Bowman who died in 1959. The only survivor is a son who lives in Attica. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Crumley Funeral Home at Hillsboro. Rev. Ron Carlson will be the officiating minister. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday evening. - kbz
