Miss Mary Evelyn Heath, 64, 1402 E. Main St., a 25-year member of the Christian Science Church who served in the church's reading room for many years, died at 4:30 a.m. Sunday at her home. A 1926 graduate of Crawfordsville High School, she was employed for nine years at Lexington, Ky., by the Victor Bogart Jewelry Co. She resided in Crawfordsville for the remainder of her life. Born Aug. 20, 1907 in Parke County, she was a daughter of Odes and Lelia Clore Heath. She is survived by her mother; two sisters Mrs. Bunk (Bertha) Wells of Crawfordsville and Miss Norma Heath of Crawfordsville. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Brownie. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Harold Fortney serving as reader. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery at Marshall. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
