KINGMAN -- Mrs. Lucille Hazelwood, 49, of Kingman Route 2, died at 7 a.m. yesterday (April 14, 1969) at her home. Death was unexpected. Born Dec. 10, 1919 in Eagle Butte, S.D., she was the daughter of Victor and Faye Conkler Pugh. She was married to Paul Hazelwood, who survives. Mrs. Hazelwood was a member of the Waterman Baptist Church and the Homemakers Club. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Corey of Decatur, Ill.; a son, Paul Roger of Cayuga; a brother, Gene of Tangier; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ray of Kingman Rural Route and Mrs. Charlotte Williams of Columbia, Mo., and two grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Waterman Baptist Church in Lodi with the Rev. John Hosler officiating. The body will be taken to the church an hour before services. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today at the Watson Funeral Home in Cayuga. -waw

KINGMAN – Mrs. Lucille Hazelwood, Rt. 2, Kingman, died at her home Monday morning. She was a daughter of Victor and Faye Conkler Pugh and was born Dec. 10, 1919 in Eagle Butte, S.D. She married Paul Hazelwood, who survives. Mrs. Hazelwood was a member of Waterman Baptist Church and the Homemakers Club. Surviving besides the husband are a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Cory of Decatur, Ill.; a son, Roger of Cayuga; a brother, Gene of Tangier, and two sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Williams of Columbia, Mo., and Mrs. Mary Ray of Kingman. Funeral rites are at 2 p.m. today at the Lodi Baptist Church, where the body will be taken at 1 o’clock. Rev. John Hosier will officiate with burial in Miller Cemetery.
