Rensselaer, Ind April 21 – James N. Hayworth, about 55, died of paralysis at 4:30 o’clock Friday afternoon at his home in Rensselaer. The deceased was born in Pulaski County the son of James N. and Susannah Hayworth and later served eight years as Pulaski County auditor. His first wife died 12 years ago and the second, formerly Mrs. Clara Andrews, survives. He was a member of the Crawfordsville Christian Church and Masonic Order and the Winimac Knights of Pythias. Besides the widow, surviving are three sons, Harry of Frankfort; Glen of Crawfordsville and Robert M. of Indianapolis; one daughter, Mrs. Mary J. Snyder of Crawfordsville; two sisters, Mrs. JN Worth of Francesville and Mrs. Ellen Stillwell of Loughton, Kan; two brothers, ED Hayworth of Kansas and Charles Hayworth of Fargo, Okla; and three grandchildren. Funeral services in charge of the Rev. Doyle Mullen of the Christian Church will be held from the family home here Sunday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Burial will be at Crawfordsville. -kbz
