-- Mrs. Beulah C. Harvey, 71, of Veedersburg Route 1, died unexpectedly at 6:45 a.m. Friday July 5 1957, at the residence of Eva Goodin where she had made her home for more than a year. Born In Parke County near Tangier Oct 5 1885, she was the daughter of William and Caroline Lindley. She was married to Kelso Harvey who preceded her in death in 1933.
Surviving are a son, Herman, of Albuquerque, M.M.; a daughter Mrs. Wanda Robbins of Veedersburg Route 2; and three brothers, Clyde and E.W. Lindley of Bloomingdale, and C.B. Lindley of Terre Haute. Mrs. Harvey was a member of the Centennial E.U.B. Church and of the Royal Neighbors of America.

- Beulah C. Lindley, daughter of William and Caroline Lindley was born in the year of 1885. On July 5 1957, she died. Her early life was spent in Parke County. She possessed a birthright in the Quaker Church and with her parents attended Rush Creek Church. After her marriage to Kelso Harvey in December 1906, she transferred her membership with him to Centennial Church. To this union, six children were born, two dying in childhood, Lloyd in 1947 and Orvena just four months ago. She was left with the care of both mother and father to them, he having been called away in 1933. She is survived by two children, Herman of Aubuquerque, New Mexico and Wandalene Robbins of
Veedersburg. Also three brothers, Clyde and E.W. of Bloomingdale, and Clinton of Terre Haute, with three grandsons, Richard Rodgers, Larry Robbins and Delbert Rodgers, and the day of her going, a little great granddaughter Debra Ann Robbins. She had looked forward with pride and joy to being a great-grandmother. Beulah did well her job of mother and father. Through the years, her sons and daughters grew to the place of shring their responsibilities of the home. She was a considerate mother and kind neighbor and friend.
