ATTICA -- Mrs. Eva Mae McKinney Harto, age 73, of Williamsport, died at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She had been admitted a few minutes earlier. Mrs. Harto had been ill a year and had been a patient in the Community Hospital in Williamsport for 10 days before being transferred to St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1895, near Waynetown, the daughter of Jess and Anna Gilkey McKinney. She moved to Attica in 1919 and to Williamsport in 1962. She was married June 1, 1914, at Covington, to Albert Harto, who survives. She had been employed at the Paris Laundry in Attica for five years and was a member of the United Methodist Church. Surviving, in addition to the husband, are: a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Shoaf of Attica Rt. 4; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the DeSutter Funeral Home here. The Rev. Harold Bachert officiated and burial was in the Riverside Cemetery. --typed by Walt W
