WINGATE, March 15 -- Two children of Mr. and Mrs. William HAYES here have died of scarlet fever within the last two days and the other three children and very low and may also die. Tuesday morning at 7 o'clock Orlando 10 years old died and because of fear of this dread disease he was buried the same afternoon at 4 o'clock. Today the baby only a year old also died and he was buried this afternoon. All 3 of the other children are so low that doubt is expressed as to their recovery. The death of the two children and the doubt in the recovery of the other 3 has almost driven the mother insane with grief and worry. - typed by kbz (can't not find other child's name)
