Hartle - Orrin Logan - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Orrin Logan Hartle, 69 succumbed Friday afternoon at his home at 604 Kentucky St.  He had been ill 7 months and died of complications.  Born Dec 4, 1886 at Pontiac, Ill, he was the son of Andrew and Dora Arudd Hartle. He married Lucy Gephart in Crawfordsville.  Mr. Hartle spent most of his life near Browns Valley where he was a farmer. He was a member of the Pilgrim Church.  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Gephart Hartle, Crawfordsville; two daughters, Mrs. Bernice Michael, Washington and Mrs. Dorothy Stout, Crawfordsville; 3 sons, Carl Hartle, Waveland; Roy Hartle, Veedersburg and Floyd Hartle, Jamestown; 3 brothers, Len Hartle of Indiana;  Arch Hartle & Leo Hartle, both of Urbana, Ill and a sister, Mrs. Jacob Johnson of Minnesota.  One son preceded him in death.  Funeral services will be at Noble Reeves Funeral Home in New Market at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Friends may call at the funeral home. - kbz
