W.B. Ramey of this city has received a message telling of the death of his brother-in-law, Capt. Will Harberit of California. Capt. Harberit was a student at Wabash when the Civil War was declared and he enlisted winning a captaincy. After the war he returned and graduated. He was 77 years old and was engaged in the real estate business in California.
