Mrs. Jennie HANNA died in the Soldier’s Home at Lafayette on Wednesday. Funeral services with Rev. Robert Lewis in charge will be held at the home on E. Howard St. at 2 on Friday afternoon. Burial in Maple Ridge. - kbz

Mrs. Jennie HANNA died in the Soldier’s Home at Lafayette Wednesday of last week. The body was brought here and funeral services in charge of Rev. Charles McMains of Lebanon, assisted by Rev. Robert Lewis, were held at her home on E. Howard Street Friday afternoon. The pall bearers Elmer McCutchan; Ray Sharp; Ben Canine; Wilford McMains; Lewis McGaughey and Verne Hays. Flowers carried by Mrs. Loudermil; Mrs. Parke Spencer; Mrs. CM Moore and Mrs. Thom Durham. Mrs. CRF Moore and Mrs. Fred Rice with Mr. Walker at the organ sang In the Garden and Face to Face. Burial in Maple Ridge. Mrs. Hanna was the daughter of John and Mary Ellen McMains, and was born near Milligan about 77 years ago. She married Pendelton Hanna 1885. Mr. Hanna, who was a Civil War veteran died several years ago. Their only son, Dr. Raymond Hanna, dropped dead on the street here Nov. 13, 1935. There is one brother, Harry McMains of Lebanon and 3 grandchildren, rms. Mary Agnes Peeble and Mrs. Julia Lee Laffingwell, both living in Ky, and John Hanna of Cincinnati. Dr. Hanna’s widow lives in Portsmouth, Ohio. - kbz
