Arthur E. Hancock, 92, 900 S. Washington St., died at 6 p.m. Friday in Culver Hospital where he had been a patient for five days. He was born Dec. 27, 1878, in Douglas County, Ill., the son of J. Milton and Mary E. Hancock. He was educated in Tuscola, Ill., schools and was a real estate dealer in that city for several years. He was married to Lena Bower. She died in January 1969. He is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Mary L. Zink of Indianapolis, and four step-grandchildren. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday at the Powers Funeral Home here. Services will be conducted at Tuscola, Ill., with burial in the Tuscola Cemetery. - typed by Chris M.
