Hamilton - Madison

Madison Hamilton died Sunday morning, Nov 1 at his home 5 miles east of the city of paralysis of the heart. He was born July 1842 in the state of Virginia. Although his duration in this vicinity has been but 3 years yet he has proved to be an excellent neighbor, a worthy citizens, a kind and generous father loved and respected by all. He has borne his afflictions of more than one year with bravery and fortitude. All medical aid being unsuccessful he sought the southern climate a few months ago but even that di dnot restore his health. He leaves a widow and five children to mourn his loss, who have the sympathy of all their neighbors and friends. The funeral was preached at Friends' Church by Rev. McMasters. Interment took place at Darlington -kbz
