William F Hall, an aged citizen, and a well known man in this city, died at the home of his son-in-law after a lingering illness. His eyes failed him about a year ago and he had been unable to do any labor since that time. He has a good education, and twenty five years ago he was one of the leading teachers of Union township having taught many years in the schools southwest of this city. His wife died several years ago. He leaves seven daughters and one son. The funeral will occur at the residence of Mr. Gould on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. Galey, Interment at Oak Hill. - kbz
