Attica – Richard Malcolm Hall, 69, of Rt. 4, Veedersburg, died in St. Elizabeth’s Hospital at Danville, Ill., at 12:01 p.m. Sunday. Mr. Hall, who had lived at the Rt. 4 residence all his life, was graduated from Attica High School in 1930. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Attica Christian Church. Born in Shawnee Township Oct.21, 1911, he was a son of Mahlon B. and Bertha A. Hyatt Hall, Fountain County assessor for many years, preceded him in death Nov. 9, 1980. Surviving are a son, Judge Robert M. Hall of Williamsport; two sisters, Mrs. Herman (Marjorie) Schmid of Attica and Mrs. Leslie (Maxine) Good of Centerville; and two grandchildren. Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Maus Funeral Home at Attica with Rev. James Boudouris officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today. smc
